The Mother of Witches partners up with the Wisdom of the Desert

The second story of May is out! “HALF-LIGHT, A WITCH’S CURSE” is the sequel to “HALF-LIGHT, A WITCH’S KISS”. It continues Tai’s story from where I left it off a few months ago. Tai is the Mother of All Witches, which means that she is one of the old gods. What you need to know is that in these stories the old gods are hunted down by the new gods, the Angelica, for whatever reason – mostly because the Angelica don’t like competition – so these stories are all about the fight between the old and the new gods.

“HALF-LIGHT, A WITCH’S CURSE” is the third story that takes place in the HALF-LIGHT universe. “HALF-LIGHT, ANGEL WINGS” is the first story I’ve written in this universe, but I wasn’t particularly crazy about the characters in it, but I like the universe so I’ve decided to bring out new characters. And that’s how I came up with Tai, the Mother of All Witches. Tai is ruthless and immensely powerful but, as you will see, she’s also full of compassion. This story, I have to say, is another tear-jerker and it took me about a week to write, although I would have liked to have two weeks on it.
