The book that will make you not want to grow up

I believe this is one of the best ending lines of any book I’ve read so far: “Just because some of us can read and write and do a little math, that doesn’t mean we deserve to conquer the Universe.” – Kurt Vonnegut ‘Hocus Pocus’.

I love this book! I recommend it to anyone over 30. It’s definitely not for children, so children beware: this book can cause you not to want to grow up. Which is the exact opposite effect that Oliver Twist had on me. It caused me to look forward to adulthood, which by Charles Dickens’s standards was 13 or 14. Have you noticed that there are no teenagers in Charles Dickens?

See you,

Misty
