If the true language is a kiss, where does that leave tongues?
I’ve just come across this quote by Alfred de Musset: “The only true language in the world is a kiss.”
So, is he saying that to truly talk to someone, you should kiss them? Imagine ordering something from McDonald’s. If you want a Big Mac, you have to ask with a French kiss, because of the special sauce. If you want French fries, you ask with a kiss on the mouth and a meaningful look because the fries are really tasty. For the apple pie, a peck on the cheek, because it’s sweet. For the chicken nuggets, an old-fashioned kiss on the hand because nobody knows what the chicken McNuggets® are made of.
See you,
Misty
